Little Julian and his artwork for his Mom, Sabrina.

A Messy Message Of Love

It wasn’t too different from any other day when 7-year old Julian found himself exploring his creative side. This time, it was out of love for his mom.

“Mom, come look what I did!” yelled Julian from outside. His mom Sabrina, a Men In Kilts Customer Service Agent, thought to herself, ‘Oh no! This cannot be good!’

Sabrina walked around the corner, and there it was. A masterpiece of artistry created by the hands of her 7-year old son. “I love you Mom” was caked on to the vinyl siding of her home and hardened on by the sun- perfect! Now what mother could possibly be mad about that?

This photo really hit home for us. Many Men In Kilts employees have young children and also maintain full-time or part-time work.

This Mother’s Day we want to recognize all the amazing moms not only at Men In Kilts, but also all Mother’s who work hard to provide the best for their families every day!

Happy Mother’s Day Moms!

The Men In Kilts Clan and their newest member “Wallace” the fire truck!

Meet Wallace The Men In Kilts Fire Truck

No Calgary, you are not imagining things. Those are Men In Kilts driving around on a giant tartan fire truck named Wallace!

Calgary and Edmonton franchise owner, Chris Carrier, first saw the old, abandoned fire truck sitting near the Village of Ghost Lake. He said it was in need of repair, and was of no value to the village. Carrier, thought “What better way to bring smiles into the world, than by driving around in a giant tartan truck!” The fire truck was auctioned off to the highest bidder and consequently, ended up in the hands of Carrier and the Men In Kilts Calgary clan!

“The reaction has been fantastic in Calgary,” says Carrier. “It has been making people look, perhaps maybe even MORE than the kilt!” Wallace will be making appearances at local community and charity events with the Men In Kilts clan in tow. So keep an eye out, just remember…No Peeking!

Men In Kilts Boston Featured On NBC

“A new business in the Boston area may turn a few heads, because it includes men who are skirting around town washing windows in kilts. They are the kind of window washers where wind could be a problem.

“Yesterday was actually really nice really sunny warm so kept the kilt down, no breezes,” said Chris Murphy, Men in Kilts.

The business is called Men in Kilts. The name says it all; they wash windows, pressure wash homes, and clean gutters in traditional Scottish garb — and they don’t seem to mind…”
