Becomes Canada’s Largest Window Cleaning Franchise.

Men In Kilts, a window and exterior cleaning company, has announced today they’ll be opening four more franchises in three months, adding to three franchises currently in operation. Alberta and Oregon are next on the list, with B.C. and Washington already in business.

I started in Commercial Real Estate Sales but became interested in property management and made the switch.

Question 4: What advice would you give other Property Managers ? *
Comunication with your tenants solves 95% of the problems. Make the effort to stop in and meet your tenants on a regular basis. I always encourage my tenants to email me with any comments about the property as they are there on a daily basis and can provide important information.

Find contractors who you can trust to carry out the work and who are willing to deal with any issues that may arise.

Question 5: If we gave you a kilt to wear for a day what would you do ?
I would wear it curling but with one proviso…..I get to wear long underwear!
