Job: Customer Service Sales Agent
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, all-about-customer-service, sales agent to handle inside sales and customer service calls for our Franchisees across North America 20-40 hours a week.
Must haves:
2-4 years’ experience in a telephone sales and/or customer service environment
Exceptional sales skills (inside, no cold calling)
Ability to sell the value of our amazing service and scheduling appointments for new and repeat clients
Ability to provide exceptional customer service solutions
Be highly motivated with a proven sales background and the ability to produce results
Strong computer software skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude in a collaborative team environment
Ability to thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, challenging and fun!
Flexible availability. Able to work Saturday shifts and to work 20-40 hours as we enter our busy season
Compensation: $14.50 plus commission.

Job: Kilted Technician Team Member
We are looking for Window & Exterior Cleaning Kilt Crew members that will be responsible for:
Providing a first class service experience to our customers.
Representing the Men In Kilts brand with integrity and passion.
Safely and efficiently operating our fleet of custom tartan trucks.
Maintaining accurate truck log of days activities.
Business development activities including distribution of marketing materials.
Care and maintenance of tools/equipment used to execute daily service activities.
Applicants should:
Be excited about wearing a Kilt to work everyday.
Be capable of providing outstanding customer service.
Be comfortable working outdoors (Rain or Shine).
Have ladder experience and/or be capable of working at heights (up to 4 stories).
Have a valid Class Drivers License.
