Tressa Wood is Men In Kilts CEO. She brings an extensive background in franchising, operations, corporate planning, budgeting, strategy, marketing and public relations.

Prior to joining Men In Kilts, Tressa was the Vice President of Operations for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. During her years there, Tressa was part of the original Operations team that was instrumental in leading the company from 40 franchises with $10 million in revenue to over 350 franchises in 3 countries. After leaving 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, she worked with 1-800-PLUMBER in Houston, TX, in getting the franchise started from the ground level. She has been featured online and in print with Entrepreneur Magazine, Houston Chronicle, San Francisco Chronicle, San Diego Union-Tribune, Business Insider, CBS Minnesota, CBS Money Watch, Globe & Mail, Vancouver Sun, Business In Vancouver, and more including Canadian Franchise Business.

Tressa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management Systems, and is also a trained and certified Business Coach. She balances her role as CEO with her commitments to her family and children.
