After checking other companies - whose quotes were higher than MIKE’s - I decided to try MIKE because their price fit my budget, and their communication, scheduling seemed very efficient. From estimating to arrival, working and billing, their process was fast and professional. Mathieu handled the estimate and called me, then sent a reminder text with a photo of the technician who was coming. Brenden performed the actual cleaning and both techs were neat, tidy and respectful of my home - which made me comfortable having them on my property. This was my first professional window cleaning, and the improvement is dramatic. I am very pleased with the results and the price charged. One small note for future service: I should have asked whether they could clean chandeliers while using their tall ladders. Excellent service! The estimate process was completely painless, and the work was completed exactly as I wanted without any issue. Gutters were cleaned on my house and my detached garage and now look spotless. I would highly recommend using this service, and I'm sure I will use it again in the future.

Amazing job! We had our exterior windows cleaned and a few hard to reach inside windows. Had a minor hiccup during our job but the customer service was exceptional to ensure it was resolved. They went above and beyond for us. Not often a company cares that much about their customers being happy! Would most definitely recommend Men in Kilts!
