The process from contacting for an estimate to receiving the invoice after the service was complete was very easy. I requested an estimate through the website for gutter cleaning and within a day had the estimate and after approving the cost, was scheduled service for the next day. This was a tough job, but Shawn and his co-worker arrived earlier than estimated and worked hard to get the gutters cleared and back in shape. There were cheaper estimates, but it was important to me to have licensed professionals do the job. I was invoiced the following day and paid online - very simple, and I finally have clean gutters again!
