Ryan and his partner (Brandon? sorry) arrived on time with all the necessary equipment. I was notified that they would be arriving soon so I knew when to expect them. They were efficient and professional in spite of having more water on my flat roof than we were expecting: it was taken care of with no problems other than very wet shoes and socks. Friendly and informative, they left everything tidy and my gutters better off than when they started.
